Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering. You can review the products, quantities, delivery and total before paying. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the items we cannot supply.
Prices for UK customers are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The available payment methods and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. We will not charge you a higher amount for an existing order without your agreement.
Products, bundles and optional extras
The offer you select determines the items included in your order. Items included free as part of an offer are shown as free in the cart and at checkout. Optional extras, such as delivery protection, are only charged if you add them to your order. Please check your selection and the order summary before paying.
Follow the product instructions and safety guidance. Product descriptions do not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery, changes and refunds
See our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee, your legal right to cancel and your statutory remedies. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it as described in those policies.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or any remedy required by law. The 30-day voluntary return period does not limit how long your statutory rights last. Advice about your legal rights is available from Citizens Advice.
Using this website
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud or unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Copyright and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not remove any rights relating to orders already placed. Contact us at the email address above with any question or complaint. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live continue to apply.
