30-day money-back guarantee and free returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and a refund. Vorylane covers the cost of return postage, including if you have simply changed your mind. No restocking fee applies.

Your legal right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you also have the legal right to cancel your order without giving any reason at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, simply tell us clearly by email at contact@vorylane.com. Our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you longer than this legal minimum and does not reduce it.

How to request a return

Email contact@vorylane.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid label, or another return method paid for by Vorylane. Please contact us before posting a return so that we can give you the correct address and shipping method.

Return the product with its accessories and any gifts supplied as part of the bundle, in suitable protective packaging. Trying the product in a reasonable way does not, on its own, exclude you from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Please tell us about any missing parts or damage so that we can advise you. The business correspondence address below is not necessarily our returns warehouse.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, if that is earlier), using the original payment method, and we will let you know once it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days before the refund appears on your account. Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned items; free bundle gifts have no separate cash value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We may ask for information to help us assess the problem, but a photo or the original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a refund or a price reduction. We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faults.

Your statutory rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited to 30 days. Sale items and gifts supplied with a purchase keep any rights that apply to them by law.
