Delivery within the United Kingdom

We offer free tracked standard delivery to all UK addresses for orders placed on vorylane.com. Prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes or other charges collected by us are shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Estimated delivery is 5–7 days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, bank holidays, remote destinations, carrier delays or customs processing may affect delivery.

Order updates

We send order and shipping updates to the email address you give at checkout. Tracking information is provided as soon as it is available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, please contact us so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is damaged, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, and we will provide any remedy required by UK consumer law.
